Reporting unlawful conduct
The administration is required to adopt the necessary technical measures to protect employees who report unlawful conduct.
Such reports must be addressed in writing or by e-mail directly to the RPCT, which will proceed to protect their anonymity in the most absolute manner. Following reports, the RPCT is required to initiate an investigation and to take the measures it deems appropriate.
In no case may the employee making the report be subject to disciplinary sanctions for reasons directly or indirectly linked to his whistleblowing, as provided for in Article 54-bis of Legislative Decree 165/2001 as amended by Law 190/2012.
All those involved in the handling of the report and the related investigation will be required to respect absolute confidentiality.
